Q. How many people is one card good for?
A.
In some cases, one card, per person, per discount. In some
cases, one card can serve a group up to 6. In the case of corporate
use, one card will serve the group ( group size requirements may
exist). Feel free to contact any vendor if you have questions.
•Golf is per card/ per person basis except for tournaments or groups of 8 or over.

Q. How often can I use my card?
A.
As often as any business will allow, some will be unlimited.
Contact any vendor if you have questions.

Q. What if I lose my card?
A.
We are unable to replace lost cards. You may purchase a
new card through our web site or at select retail locations
in the east Valley.

Q. How long is my Hotspots VIP card good for?
A.
Your VIP card is good until Sept. 30th 2009.

Q. Once I order on-line, when will I get my card?
A.
You should receive you card and brochure with-in 7-12 days
of your order
•International and Canadian orders could take longer.

Q. What if I lose my Brochure?
A.
We are unable to replace lost brochures, as cards and
brochures are packaged and sold together. You may However,
print out a listing from our web site to use if you still have
your card.
•You will not need your brochure to receive discounts,
only your VIP card.

Q. How many cards can I purchase?
A.
As many cards as you need. cards are numbered so, each card
will have a purchaser associated with the card.
•Large group should be purchased on-line, as we may assign
a certain inventory number to the entire block of cards.
* Cards are NOT renewable.

Q. What if a vendor does not honor my VIP card?
A
. Other than limited use businesses, ( you used your card but, can't use it again).
If a vendor refuses to honor your Hotspots VIP card ask to speak with management
(some employees may be unfamiliar with our program). All vendors sign a legal
agreement to honor your VIP card as and when presented.
However, In rare cases, Hotspots VIP may end it's relationship
with a vendor if, that vendor does not maintain certain business standards that
Hotspots VIP looks for in it's vendors, and insists on for our card holders.

Q. When should I present my card to a business?
A.
When you make phone reservation, please let your
representative know the you have the Hotspots VIP card.
Or whenever, you have first contact with any business.
( Do not wait until the end of your transaction then spring the
card on your representative).
•* * The Hotspots VIP card cannot be used under any
circumstances with any other offers. * *
